This listing does not include a denim jacket if you wish to purchase a kids' jacket to be painted you can select from the options available here. 

You can also provide your own jacket for painting, which must be posted to Manchester, UK. Painting is suitable denim jackets only (any colour) and these should be a non-strech fabric, to confirm if your item is suitable please email gina@giflynndesign.com and send a photograph or use the contact form to send a message.

*You are responsible for the postage of your own jacket, it is advisable to send any jacket with recorded postage. You will also be responsible for any fees or Import VAT incurred when posting to the United Kingdom, please check this before posting. Please only create your order once you have a jacket ready to be posted.*

Number of Pets and Names

A maximum of 2 pets can be painted onto the jacket (please note for jacket sizes age 10 and under this may make the dogs relatively small in comparison to adults jackets), with multiple pets I will send over a mockup before painting to check and confirm the composition.

If you have more than 2 pets please message for a custom order. 

Please confirm in the text fields if you wish for a name/s on the jacket, this is usually done in white but can be adapted as requested. 

Photos Required

Clear photos will need to be provided of the pet/s to paint, at least one clear photo (face forward in natural light) will be needed although numerous photos are better to ensure the colouring is accurate.

If you would like any additional details or background on the jacket this can be discussed before purchasing for confirmation if it is possible and will cost an additional fee. Photos can be attached to using the file uploader before adding to cart, or sent via email to gina@giflynndesign.com

Aftercare

The jackets are each hand-painted with high-quality fabric paint - the jacket will be durable and water-resistant but not suitable for regular machine washing. Full aftercare will be provided with the jacket when posted.

Processing Time

Please note this is a custom item, for most items you will be sent a mockup to confirm the photo choice and layout before the painting starts - once the item has been painted no refunds are available, please confirm straight away if you change your mind after ordering.

All items are painted to order and take approx 6-8 weeks to complete - depending on workload, this time could be longer or shorter. Please message first if you need the item for a certain date to confirm availability.
