Number of Pets and Luggage Tag Text
A maximum of four pets can be included on the passport case and can be positioned in any layout requested.
Please confirm in the text field if you wish for a name or initials to be painted on the luggage tag. The layout, font and text colour will be confirmed via email following purchase.
Photos
Clear photos will need to be provided of the pet/s to paint, at least one clear photo (face forward in natural light) will be needed although numerous photos are better to ensure the colouring is accurate. If you would like any additional details or background this can be discussed before purchasing for confirmation if it is possible and will cost an additional fee.

Aftercare
The items are each hand-painted with high-quality leather paint - the item will be durable and waterproof, full aftercare will be provided with the item.
Returns and Processing Time
Please note this is a custom item, if required you can be sent an initial draft illustration before the painting starts - once the item has been painted no refunds are available, please confirm straight away if you change your mind after ordering.
These luggage sets are made to order and take 3-4 weeks to complete (please message if you require the item sooner to check availability). Shipping outside of the EU can take 5-7 working days, please message first if you need the bag/wallet for a certain date to confirm availability.
